this all levels Reformer class will move at a more deliberate pace through a series of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. exercises may be enhanced through the addition of small props {stability balls, exercise bands, fitness circles, Swiss balls, & more} and exercises from the Mat repertoire.

open to clients of varying levels of experience, from beginners to long-time practitioners, with a general understanding of the Pilates Method and familiarity with the Reformer {55 min}
